On the basis of Article 9 of the Law on Financial Operations and Accountancy of Non-Profit Organisations (OG 121/2014) the Ministry of Finance adopted the Rulebook on non-profit accountancy and accounting plan.
The rulebook defines the arrangement, content and application of accounts in accounting plan, the means of conducting simple bookkeeping and application of money measurement accounting principle, the minimum content of simple bookkeeping business books and amortisation rates.
