State Treasury has published the Instruction for Writing and Delivering Financial Reports of Non-profit Organizations, referring to the reports that are to be delivered for the period between 1 January and 31 December 2008. All non-profit organizations whose annual income and the value of the property in 2007 exceeded the threshold of 100.000,00 Kunas, are obliged to send the Report.
The deadline for the delivery of the Report which could be delivered either electronically or in the paper form is
2 March 2009. All requisite forms and the details on the Instruction (in Croatian) could be downloaded on the website of the
Ministry of Finance.
