On 19 July 2008, the Ministry of Family, Veterans' Affairs and Intergenerational Solidarity launched a Call for Proposal for Application of Programmes and Projects Homeland War NGOs which Deal with Problems of Serving Needs of Croatian War Invalids from Homeland War for Realization of Financial Support as a Part of the Income from Games of Chance. Only Homeland War NGOs active at the national level and dealing with the problems and needs of Croatian war invalids from the Homeland War are eligible. 

The deadline for application is 30 days as of the publication of the Call. NGOs competing for financial support are obliged to deliver all required documentation (original plus three copies) by post on the following address: Ministry of Family, Veterans' Affairs, Commission for Evaluation of Homeland War NGOs Programmes, Trg Hrvatskih velikana 6, 10 000 Zagreb, with the remark „Prijava programa“. Application forms and the details of the Call are available on the Ministry's website www.mobms.hr as well as at the premises of the Ministry, every working day until the Call’s deadline.
