Adopted Regulation on criteria for determining the users and the manner of distribution of revenues from lottery games for 2015.
Croatian Government adopted the Regulation on criteria for determining the users and the manner of distribution of revenues from lottery games for 2015, on 213th session held on 11 of February 2015.
Regulation has been prepared on the basis of the analysis created by the ministries and other state bodies in which were established the needs for specific areas laid down in Article 8, paragraph 1 of the Act on Lottery Games (Official Gazette No. 87/2009), and taking into account the conclusions of the Interdepartmental Commission for policy coordination of financing projects and programs of associations from the state budget and opinion of the competent state bodies.
Criteria for distribution were determined in accordance with national strategies and programs of meeting the public needs in the respective sectors, and in accordance with the programs to encourage the development of civil society, and are expressed with the share of certain program activities in the total part of revenue from lottery games specified in Article 8, paragraph 2 of the Act.
